Overcoming Cell Therapy Production Challenges: Maximizing Quality Assurance Through Rapid Sterility Testing

May 16, 2024 11:00 AM US/Eastern

In this presentation, we will explore the vital role of rapid sterility testing in the cell therapy production process, focusing on the Applied Biosystems™ SteriSEQ™ Rapid Sterility Testing System. In cell therapy production, rapid sterility testing plays a critical role in helping to ensure the quality and safety of the final product.

Given the fast-paced nature of this production process and the limited shelf life of cell therapy products, it is imperative to detect and prevent any further contamination as early as possible in the workflow, such as testing raw materials or in-processing samples.

Join us as we discuss how the SteriSEQ Rapid Sterility System can help uncover potential contamination, thereby mitigating the risk of product loss, production delays, and maintaining the integrity of the final product.

We will also delve into the system's integration with widely used qPCR instruments and dedicated analytical software, which aids in achieving regulatory compliance. Register today to learn how the SteriSEQ Rapid Sterility System can enhance your workflow efficiency and product quality.

Webinar learning objectives:

  • Develop a clear understanding of the critical role that rapid sterility testing plays in ensuring the quality and safety of cell therapy products.
  • Explore the features and benefits of the SteriSEQ Rapid Sterility Testing System, including how the system integrates with qPCR instruments and dedicated analytical software to aid in achieving regulatory compliance.
  • Gain knowledge about the various applications of rapid sterility testing in cell therapy production, such as testing raw materials and in-processing samples.
